Breakfast
Served from 7:30am – 10am daily.
Breakfast features a wide selection of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, cold cuts of meat, and homemade yogurt. The highlight of every breakfast is a choice of hot breakfast entrees prepared before your eyes in our open-air grill. We highly recommend starting your day with a glass of our “therapy” made from fresh fruits and vegetables every morning.
Lunch
Served from 12:30pm – 2:15pm daily.
Lunch features a selection of salads, local vegetables, and fresh fruit to complement our Chef’s choice of fish and meat entrees each day. Our lunch menu features many Caribbean dishes as well as the opportunity to watch our Chefs prepare your food at our Sugar Pot Barbecue on various days throughout the week.
Dinner
Served from 7:30pm – 9:30pm daily.
Our four course Table D’hôte menu uses the freshest of ingredients, blending both International and Caribbean dishes to bring you a delicious evening feast. Served in the Main Restaurant our menu changes nightly so you won’t get bored of the same choices during your stay, we also offer three options for each course, including a vegetarian dish. Bamboo Lounge
4pm - 12:30am
The Clubhouse is a perfect place to mingle with the other guests for pre-dinner drinks. The evenings before dinner have a house party feel, with guests gathering at the Clubhouse to chat about their day, share a cocktail, and even challenge the bartenders to create a new cocktail from our well-stocked bar.
Perfect bar to enjoy your favourite cocktail, aperitif, and the company of fellow guests. Our bartenders will also visit you on the beach and deliver your favourite cocktail directly to your chosen spot in the sun.
Sunset Bar
7:30 - 12:30am
Our boutique resort features several picture-perfect spots to catch up with an old friend, meet new friends, and share in the Saint Lucian hospitality of our local bartending team.
Guests may enjoy a glass of fine Champagne whenever they wish, or alternatively choose from our cocktail list and enjoy a traditional drink such as “Ti Ponche” rum punch served directly to your beachfront cabana.
Pool Bar
10:00am - 5:00 pm
Our swim-up Pool bar is a very popular feature at East Winds. Offering the unique feature of a self-service bar, guests have the opportunity to get creative and test out our cocktail menu whilst taking turns in hosting one another.
With an expertly prepared cocktail in hand, enjoy your evening meal with live nightly entertainment in the Main Restaurant. A mix of traditional island music and music played from the Caribbean’s only Steinway piano, top off each day perfectly with a soundtrack to your Caribbean holiday.
