WELCOME to East Winds!  I am delighted that you have made it to the beautiful island of St Lucia and especially to our little piece of paradise.

Things have changed a bit over the last few years and as a result of our new COVID-19 protocols and in an effort to reduce waste we are using technology to minimise the use of paper in the hotel as well as minimising close contact between guests and staff.  This Guest Portal will be our main way of communication with you during your stay and a quick and easy way for you to communicate with us.

Your check in process is all on this portal.  Just go to the Check in area and work through the forms in order and then finally click submit.  The information will be sent securely to our reception team who will upload your information into our reservations system.

Using this portal you can specify housekeeping preferences, book excursions and spa treatments and keep an eye on the delectable meals planned by our Executive Chef every day.  The menu changes each day so you will need to keep an eye on the menu section if you like to spend the day looking forward to dinner!

There is a daily Newsletter on the portal which is regularly updated with weather forecasts and hotel news and information so don’t miss out on the cocktail of the day and make sure you are informed with suntan lotion and sea conditions information.

If you need to talk to any one of us at any time, you may just dial 0 from any phone and you will be connected to reception.  If you would like to talk to one of us in person, come to reception, we will be delighted to assist.

Have a wonderful holiday,

Judith
