On Wednesdays we serve some St Lucia island specialities – Bakes and Cocoa Tea. The tea is made from raw cocoa and seasoned by East Winds Chefs with herbs from our kitchen garden.
Bakes and Cocoa Tea are a staple in our cuisine. Although listed as a breakfast dish it is an all round any time of the day type of food.
