Water Sports Waiver
East Winds provides several activities for the entertainment and enjoyment of its guests. Guests who participate in activities must ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT that by the very nature of such activities it is possible that injuries may be suffered without any negligence on the part of the hotel, its employees or agents. Consequently, in acknowledgement of the foregoing, the signor(s) hereof HEREBY DISCHARGE AND HOLD the hotel, its employees and agents free and harmless from all claims, demands, actions and/or damage suffered by signors in the participation in such activities, except in the case of the proven negligence of the hotel, its employees and agents.
Activities above referred include:
Snorkeling, kayaking, pedal boating, pedal boarding, view board, swimming and hobie cat sailing.
Please ensure to wear your life jacket when participating in any of the above Water Sports activities. No drinking allowed prior to the use of the Water Sports equipment.
East Winds shall also not in any event, under any circumstances, be liable for loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing, cell phones or other valuables not turned over to the hotel for safekeeping. In Room Safes have been installed in every room and we encourage their use.
I hereby confirm that I have read, understood and accept that the said clauses shall also apply to any children under the age of 18, accompanying me for whom I am responsible.
